PC Planet Shop They will not ship you the part, then yell at you when you ask where it is

These are the emails we have sent after we ordered a part, never received it, and were charged.

We ordered an Asus A8N-SLI PREMIUM Socket939/PCI-Express/2GL Motherboard on March 1st. We paid for 2 day shipping, but still have not received the part. However, you did charge us for the part on March 4th for $228.03 (includes shipping). We need to either get the part or cancel the order, but we need to talk to someone. We have not had any response from messages left or previous emails. Thanks,

I sent this messsage over a week ago, I need to hear from someone about this soon. We paid for two day shipping in early march, never recieved the product, and we were treated poorly by customer service when we called for status despite being charged for two day shipping. Please contact me ASAP.
