Ordered a Gps Unit have not recieved it

On Feb 28 I ordered a GPS unit, their web site said it was in stock and they would ship the same day. As of now I have not recieved it. I have called and emailed them the last 4 days and have gotten no response. Thay have recieved payment and my account shows payment but their status shows a failed message.
