Ripoff broken promises lies delays & more still no flooring at my door

On 11-23-04 I chose to order 600 SF of 'American Maple' after being assured the flooring was readily available (from their Atlanta, GA mill) & would be shipped in 3 to 4 weeks. (by Christmas). I spoke with James Sousa and Mario Saia.

Website shows Credit card payments but when time to order found that only applies to 'samples' so only cash accepted. Once money was received it was not easy to deal with a real live person as advertised on the website.

On 12-08-04 status showed delay of shipping till mid January. Numerous emails to & from shipping mgr (the only way to make contact now that I had placed an order). The mgr wrote (using many mispelled words and broken English) on 12-09-04 the order had been shipped on 12-04-04 & would arrive in the states by mid-January. He refused to say WHERE from overseas, finally rudely saying all I need to know is that it is shipping to the mill in Canada. He said I could pay more to get a different wood but could not tell me which wood I could get quicker or why or even how quick.

On 01-17-05 the status shows the wood will be shipped the 4th week of February (What happened to the order being shipped on 12-04-04?!) HAS ANYONE ON THIS SITE ACTUALLY RECEIVED THEIR WOOD & IF SO, HOW LONG WAS THE DELAY?

Thus far I have reported them to the BBB and to the IFCC & have written NWFA & do not plan to stop there. I want to use every possible means to let other's know about their poor customer service once you place an order. I have concerns as to where the wood comes from & who is being exploited overseas as well as the states.
