Fraudulent security deposit claims!

I rented a condo in Sebastian from this company. A week prior to my lease expiration, they perform a unit inspection stating the unit is not in need of new paint. Eight days after a vacate the unit, I receive a certified letter stating they are keeping my security deposit to paint the unit! Upon further investigation, I have discovered that I am not this companies first victim, look for yourself, they maintain an "F" rating with the southeast Florida Better Business Bureau!
