Inc. Ripoff will not accept product back as was stated. Promised a send back no questions asked. Hollywood

This company called our office, while I was on vacation, and convinced my assistant that if he would order the weed kill chemical and his boss did not want it for some reason, that it could be sent back, no questions asked. Well I tried to explain to this company that we do not buy weed kill, other than from our local dealer, so I expected them to take this back. I offered to send it back, at our cost, but they said there would be a 30 per cent restocking fee and I had to have up front permission to do this.

I also told them that the assistant did not have permission to make this order, it did not make any difference to them. I did send it back and they sent it back, because I did not ask permission to do this. I have since told them that I will send it back and pay the cost of restocking (under protest) but they do not respond to my request.

I still feel that this is a rip off and would prefer to just send it back, without any restocking fee. I believe this is like an illegal telemarketing. What would stop them from just sending this product to anyone and claim that someone ordered it? I believe there is something afoot... Just try and find them on the internet, I can't. How ligit are they? Richard Thompson
