Hoodiastar ripoff

This company sent me their product and charged my credit card without permission. I never ordered this shipment. I did, however, order their product once. Apparently, this is reason enough for them to send me another shipment and charge my credit card. I called them and they refuse to fully credit my account. I have to pay to mail shipment back that I didn't order. I do not want to pay out of my pocket to mail back something I didn't order. They said they are charging me a restocking fee of 15%.
