I had called up Patio Living Concepts to order a plastic globe for my mailbox.
And i had them to make sure it had a inside measurment of 4inches. The person was very nice and confirmed with someone else that it was a 4 inch inside measurement and called my house to tell me that, so i purchased the plastic globe. When i recevied it was 3.5 inches so i could not use it they said i could send it back but i had to pay for the restocking fee and the return postage. I do not see why i had to pay since they gave me the incorrect product and information. I spoke to a Ms Klaus and she said that she would not charge me the restocking fee but i had to pay for the postage.
I did not see why i should. So i payed for the postage and they also charged me for the restocking, i was never told about the return policy prior to purchase. I told them i would not buy something that was to small and i did not want to have to return anything. They made the mistake and i had to pay. I paid 24.91 for the product and i only got back 14.00 credit, plus i had to pay 10.00 to send it back..
This is a rippoff. It is fraud.
