Got an email from a family member and thought the item was good. Started the process of ordering and realized that the deal was not such a good deal. So I tried to cancel the order. Two minutes later I get an email from Customer Support (delivery@mediahub. Bz) informing me that my order has been processed and charging me $148USD.
I immediately called the number in the email and was told it was too late and they could not stop the order. I was also told that I would have to send the product back once I received it.
I got the product yesterday and called for the RMA number and was told I not only have to pay for the return shipping but would also be charged $5.95 per bottle (there are 5 of them) as a restocking fee.
The way they do business is ridiculous. They are probably reaping tons of money, not on the product itself, but on the restocking fee of everyone sending the product back that they didn't want.
To make matters worse, I am in Canada so not only am I out the return shipping fee, and the restocking fee but I am also out the exchange rate differences between when my credit card was charged and when the refund goes through.
