Bo Wigly Construction & Development owned by Arthur Pallares is a lying, irresponsible, unskilled, and totally unprofessional so called contractor. I found ths character on Angie's List so much for their recommendations.
He failed to complete the installation of a new door w/frame and two new dead bolt locks correctly. He has jeopardized our business with these areas being unsecure.
He lied and said he would be back fo three (3) days now to try and correct the things (faulty dead bolts, failure to replace alarm connectivity pins) he did wrong.
He will not answer the phone!!!
