I bought a blow up lawn Santa, last Sunday at Garden Form for $20. It had been a-one-day purchase. On Sunday, we place the Santa within the lawn - and found an enormous split within the part. Therefore we boxed Santa up. Nowadays, (Thursday) I visited trade the faulty Santa to get a new one. I had been informed that 'shop plan' states 'no trades'. I had been advised I really could obtain a reimbursement for that faulty Santa ($20) and repurchase a brand new one. I inquired basically might still obtain the $20 purchase cost and was informed "Number, they'renot for sale anymore". I requested to keep in touch with a supervisor - and was informed the same, "Shop plan claims NO TRADES"... Really? I get house with a faulty item and simply need one which operates. And so I got my $20 back and also have boycotted Garden Form.
