Rip off!

We place a deposit on the couch January. We requested to get a shipping day & just upon requiring the salesman set a romantic date of April 08 on our purchase bill. We follow-up every month to get a more correct day & were informed to call-back. March 08 we obtained a notice declaring Bellachs was in bankruptcy & named the shop & were informed yes, however the purchase was positioned & was handed a santa rosa quantity, shock we named that number & were informed NO REQUESTS HAVE BEEN PLACED SINCE OCTOBER 07. After I named the Santa Clara shop they stated, oh, you are welcome to come quickly to our showroom & buy a couch from our shop. He did not acknowledge he lied & stated he couldn't provide a discount and sometimes even provide us the $ we pay that was 50% or approximately. $1400. We're completely embarrassed with this specific once we have worked difficult to conserve for the new couch & will have to save again. Fortunately we're protesting with this charge card organization & ideally could get quality. I've noticed from additional resources this isn't fresh. Bellachs has been doing this before previously which is nothing new. I just want I'd have researched them before. I actually pleaded with Michael Reynolds the dog owner & he confronted to prosecute me for nuisance. Certainly disposable conduct from an event fraud artist.
