On Black Friday I visited Garden Form and bought over $200 wroth of products. We didn't require a backyard extension wire we bought along with a singing dance Holiday moose for my 5-year old boy ceased operating after 2 times. Visited the table and may not find my bill. The cashier mentioned I really could not return something with no bill. And so I requested may I simply trade the wire for another thing and since my boy truly loved the moose may I examine to determine when they had a different one to switch for that damaged one and that I was advised no. I expected for that supervisor and was informed the same. I beat to express I am aware concerning the moose it had been from the bundle however the wire was unopened may I simply trade it for another thing and was informed no really rudely. I dropped about $45 plus they dropped a person permanently. I am aware the goal of an insurance policy however many occasions guidelines need to be versatile.
