Geek Squad, has on occasion, services our computers. They've removed viruses once or twice, replaced a hard drive or two, upgraded our ram, and maybe one other thing.

I still cant believe that I kept going to these guys after each experience turned out to be questionable. There was always something, an added expense, an extra part of software I had to buy, and optimization here and there.

Well, the only thing I can say is LOOK AROUND before going there. Once you find an alternative you will be glad you took the time to look around. I just googled computer repair and found a company called Secure Remote Support, located at secureremotesupport.com.

Since finding Secure Remote Support i have used them to remove a virus, set up a new printer, and recover a document my daughter lost for college. It was a great experience and I will definitely be using them in the future.

I suggest every atleast looks around, or gets a 'consultation' from Secureremotesupport.com. Ask for John, he's my tech and does a great job.
