I was really looking for a company that stood behind their work. Too many times have I gone to Geek Squad or an independant guy only to come back with paying for diagnosis and tests to a problem they can't fix. And of course, that money is lost to me. I stumbled across Secure Remote Support, and if it weren't for their no-fix, no-fee policy I probably would have passed them up. Boy am I glad I didn't! Not only do they have a no-fix, no-fee policy, they didn't even have me pay a dime until I was happy with the solution. And he found a solution! It was just an all around good experience, great service, a willingness to help, and educated on his trade. I'll definitely be using them in the future.
