Three years ago I buy washer, dryer, and a refrigerator. With master protection plan. Sadly I had to call repair center three times. All the times they schedule a week later for a beginning. When my washing machine needs to part, it took 2 weeks for them to come. I am tired of waiting. Finally at the last time they cancel my appointment by them self, without my permission. I waited all day that day. Is this just me, or are the things go like this.
I don`t know. Repairs was good though.
