NuView Design does not hold to their warranties, installs shoddy materials, warrantied installation for one year, (after many calls, written notice of problems and incorrect installation leaving my surfaces uneven), and the ten year warranties of products installed. The would not address the awful installation, took part of my structure off, then had to rebuild the frame for the lighting and did so incorrectly. I tried, by phone, by email, by written letter to inform them within the first year as stated on contract, but Steve, (unknown last name), and his salesman, Dustin Moore, would no longer address the issues. The resurfacing of my cabinets is peeling, the cuts are so noticeable and the edging on surfaces is peeling up. Not only did they ignore my problems with the materials, they referred me to the installer, who worked as their contractor and when I called him, he had a broken leg and no longer worked for company and was on disability.
