Horrible service by Brick - Bedroom Set / Customer Service

I purchased a bedroom set from Store at 4250 Dufferin Street North York ON. They told me that it will be delivered on 17th of February and then I got a call that they did not received it yet and it will take another week to deliver it I had no problem in that. When it was delivered
after a week the corner of the mirror was broken and there was no head board delivered with
the bed and also there were no knobs in the the furniture for the drawers of the bed. I called them and made the complaint. They told me that they will replace the mirror and send the head board which was delivered to me 31-3 two months after I placed the order and for
the knobs they as ked me to 1-855-333-3230 I called them and they told me that they will place an order for me and knobs will be delivered to my house in one months and the order was placed on 26-2. On 2nd of April I got a call from the store which is at Dixie and
Dundas that they have got some parts of my furniture at their store which I have to go and pick up from their store I again called! -855 number the lady who I spoke to said that she will look into it and she will arrange the parts be delivered to my house. Today I called the same
number again the lady I spoke to did not give me her name but she straight away told me that they cannot do anything in this matter and I have to go and pick up the knobs from that store which is almost 35-40kms from my home.
