I called for repair on our TV on Tuesday morning, December 29th. The person on the phone was very apologetic about our problem and had a repair man out on that same afternoon. He knew immediately what the problem was and ordered the part. It came in on Tuesday the following week and the repairman was here on Thursday and fixed the problem.
