Millinium Fence
Fence installed on wrong side of property line. Poor dispute resolution

I hired This company to install sections of white vinal and chainlink fencing around my yard. I staked out where the fence was to go using a certified foundation plan that the builder of my house gave me. The stakes were set at 21 feet from the foundation wall and when the installers came they were told that that was the property line. They installed the fence (it actualy looks nice) and I paid them and they left. About a month went by when I recieved a call from the builder to notify me that the fence was about 8" on the neighboring property that was being surveyed. I called Millinium Fence to see what they would do and was told it was my responsibility to tell the installers where to put the fence. I told them I did and then they told me they would call me back. I didn't get a call back so i called again. I got an answering machine and left a message and never heard from them. I called again a couple weeks later and talked to an employee named John (who I could tell didn't want to deal with me). I explained I wanted a resolution to this problem and he told me he would call me back and never did. Millinium Fence obviously does not take pride in customer complains and for that I would never recommend them to anyone.
