Constant problems

I purchased an inground pool from Dr. Feelgoodes in June. Typical sales person (Owner John Luputka) tells you everything you want to hear, smooth easy process, maintenence free, etc. This is now our second season, and it has been one problem after another with the filtration system.

He sends folks out, unqualified to fix the problems, countless dollars in chemicals, filter wil not vacuum properly, DE goes back into the pool, the list goes on.

You call the office, non responsive or no call back.

Now I am moving to get an attorney or go to small claims before my warranty runs out.

If you are shopping for a pool, look elsewhere. It is not worth the aggrevation. We have about 30 pools in our development and 29 seem to be working fine. Can you guess the house that is not enjoying their pool?
