Big plants advertised, miniatures delivered

I recently ordered a Venus Fly trip from www.bugbitingplants.com. The site shows "big, vigorous plants with a high price. When it arrived it was the size of a quarter. I have a picture to validate my claim but can't attatch it here. I will be glad to send it via email. A return was refused and I am supposed to get a lousy $10 refund of my $30 purchase price. Plants of this size can be purchased for about $6. I really wanted a large mature plant and the site owner simply refused to honor a return.
