Ripoff, false advertisement, deffective product, refused help, fraudulant billing

On 12/14/06, I placed ordered 6 fish and 6 live plants valued at $266.27. On Company website, they advertise/state that the fish are shipped in special containers, treated and hopefully free of diseases.

What I received was 6 starved, parasite and fungus infected, diseased, dying fish in plastic bags with not enough water inside for the fish to remain in a natural upright position. As to the plants, I received 1 of the 6 only, not the type or size that I ordered.

When I complained to company owner his statement was "I only guarantee live deliveries" and "the fish arrived alive and my obligation is over." In the first 24 hours I lost 2 fish and in 48 hours I lost another 2 fish.

On 12/26/06, when I asked the owner to advise me of the best treatment for the 2 remaining sick fish he statement was "since you left bad review on my website I'm not interested in help you... Get advice somewhere else and to the best of our interest I am cancelling your order of uv filter valued $118.40." This amount was already charged to my card. He also told me for the missing plants I would get a reimbursement.

On 12/27/06, the remaining 5 plants arrived again, not the type or size I ordered. I never got reimbursed for the filter and left with only 2 sick fish.
