I ordered plants and all 3 plants arrived dead

I ordered plants and when the plants arrived, all 3 plants was all dried up and dead. I sent 2 e-mails and wrote a letter requesting a refund of $10.98. I got no response at all. Then they charged my account another $4.98 for a plant I did not receive.
