Jeff Burke This guy is a scammer and a liar dont deal with this company EVER!

This guy put a brand new roof on my house within a month it was leaking. Called and the owner Jeff Burke first tried to say he never did any work at my address and had to check his records. Finally he came to his senses and said he would send someone to fix it. When they returned they just put down tons of tar on my shingled roof. This did not fix the problem and it still leaked as well as the fact that putting down tar on my shingles was completely unacceptable. He promised he would come and fix it this run around went on for over 6 months. I had my lawyer contact him and the next day he was over my house putting a tarp on my roof. He promised he would come and fix it properly as soon as we had good weather. He never returned! The company phone number is disconnected and there is no company at that residence anymore. Yet he still advertises in the local paper here in Rochester, NY he uses his cell phone number in his advertisements and anytime he gets a call from me or my lawyer he hangs up. We had a private investigator find him and we have tried to have court papers served to him on numerous occasions yet somehow he keeps giving them the slip. We have since called our insurance company and had the roof fixed by a reputable company. Jeff Burke and Liberty have numerous reports at the BBB one complaint # is 1AEC-A25%
