$90 worth of plants wheren't the price of the cardboard they sent them in

I'm a hummingbird lover, I wanted plants so I can attract more of them to my yard. I purchased $90 worth of plants. I received plants for free with my order which I thought was great. The order came on time, and I couldn't wait to plant them. I opened the box right away. I was conserned because the box was opened on the one end, I thought I would have plants missing, When I pulled the plants out of the box I was shocked. Plastic sandwich bags wraped with tape and a name tag. The plant was suppose to be 1-2 ft high, ok I'll give them 8-9inches big, and some where about 3in big. There wasn't one indicator that any of these plants where alive... I planted all of them and waited. Plants arrived on april 27th, this is june 18th.

I have two pink pompas grasses, ones green and the other is green and white they can't be the same plant. So out of the 10 plants I ordered, 2 aren't what I ordered, only 3 are alive. I didn't want to go though the hassle of getting my money back, digging up the plants and sending them back, or even calling them. I wrote them a letter, I would NEVER recommed them to anyone. I re-ordered from another company by the name of Hxxx Fxxxx (REDACTDD) and they where absolutly beautiful. I would highly recommend this company to anyone. I know when I took the plants out of the box and saw how they where packed and they where green and had many leaves on them this was a great company. So lesson learned. Never again for autumn ridge... Very happy with Hxxx Fxxxxs.
