Barrry and Mr. Jeff Becker Aggressive, Insulting and called us Liars in our own home when we refused to sign contract on day of estimate

After our disappointing appointment today with Dixie Crafters, my husband and I were so upset when Barry left, I looked on the internet and found out that the same person did this to other people. His name was "Barry" and of course at first, started out as nice, friendly and eager to hear and help us of our home improvement needs. As time progresses (3hours later), the real Barry came out. At the end of his presentation and high estimate, my husband and I told him that we WERE interested but wanted to discuss this further overnight and get back with him tomorrow. The friendly "Barry" turned into the dark knight. He got upset and called us liars because he asked us that "if we agree on a price today, I will gain you guys as a customer". We said yes. But when we told him that we wanted to think it over overnight, he called us liars! We told him that we were going to take our time (check into the company, prayer, and further discussion) and call him tomorrow. We explained that he might still have us as a customer, BUT JUST NOT tonight and that we DIDN'T lie. Whether we signed today, tomorrow, or next week, we would still be considered as "new customers" right? He was really upset with us "liars" and continued to insult us in OUR OWN HOME! At this point, my husband told him to leave and that it was sad because we WERE really interested, but we lost interest because of his behavior. "Barry" had to then call into his "manager" Jeff Becker (I have his cell number) and had him call the house phone to confirm that Barry was there, etc... When Jeff called (as my husband watched Barry pack up his stuff), I tried to explain to him what happened and he also said that we must have said "something" to make Barry act the way he did. At this point, the red flag came up. I asked for the Charlotte address and phone number and told him that they would be hearing from us. That was the end of Mr. Becker. But my husband had to escort Barry out of our house. What ever happened to customer service? I really hate I didn't check into this before he entered our home! Huge lessons learned!!!
