Tony's Aluminum
Very unprofessional, sarcastic, rude and childish

An employee of the company, Eric, was supposed to come out and give an estimate on shutters on Aug. 26 at 4:30. He called my husband and told him that he would have to be home since his name was one the house because he needed to sign some paperwork so that he can pull permits. My husband told him that he works in the evening and the weekends and that we did not want permits pulled, but only an estimate. Eric then said "I tell you what, call me when you're ready" and hung up on my husband.
The next morning, August 27, I called to speak to the owner and left a message with Angelica. Bahtie (whose name, I later found out was actually Barry), called back and asked what he could help me with. I explained the whole situation. While telling him, he was laughing and kept interrupting me by saying, "good, that's exactly what he's suppose to say." After telling him what happened, I paused, he then asked "so what exactly can I help you with" as if he thought his employee, Eric, was right for hanging up on my husband. I explained to him how unprofessional I thought his company was and that I was going to report it to the BBB. He stated, "good, I hope you do. Do you want the number, because when you call them they are going to laugh at you." I told him that he would not be getting a penny from me or anyone I know. I then hung up.
He called and left a message on my husbands phone, (which I still have), stating that he " We can run our business the way we run our business, we don't ask you for anything, it's none of your business hoe we run our business, We don't have to be paid by you to run our business." He continued by saying that "if you don't like it, call another company, please go somewhere else hopefully they don't take your money and leave town."
Eric called and left a message (that I still have), claiming to be Tony, another owner and stated that that was how they chose to run their business and that they pay for the advertising. I called and spoke to Angelica to get the spelling of Bahtie's name.
A few minutes later, Larry, (another owner) called and was very apologetic. I told him that I spoke to Bahtie, he told me that no one by that name worked there and that I must have meant Barry. Angelica never told me that his name was Barry. Barry, Eric and Angelica were extremely unprofessional and rude.
And rude.
