We go to IHop 's every Sunday after church, today we were very disturbed by the action of the manager (Barry). The girl Shelly Hamberlin usually works at the front to seat customers and Barry was very rude and obnoxious We had never seen him before. Shelly is usually the only one there and he was talking down to her. We are not the only customers who noticed this. She has been the hostess for a long time and does a very good job. The restaurant was very busy but alway is on Sundays and maybe Barry was nervous or something. We thought maybe he was drunk. Everything usually goes smooth and orderly and this upset us very much. This is my first time to every make a complaint to a business. But I felt what we witnessed today was so very unessary. Sincerly Bill Sidebottom
