Modern construction inc, complete rippoff please have no dealings with this crook

I was told about this guy from a friend who he did some work for but they left out alot untill after I hired him. Well for one he will take for ever to do what ever you hire him for he wants an eighty percent deposit then his work is so far below sub standard that to say its shoddy would be a compliment. He was hired to stucco a wall and install a new roof well the stuccos is rubbing offf when ever anything contacts it and the roof he just laid paper down did not clean any debris did not seal seams looks a hilly terrain up there he stuccoed street side of the chiminey but did not point or even try to fix the brick on the back of it. Called and told me he was done I said it still raining at the property and well its two weeks later and he has no intention of fixing the problems but he keeps making calls about his money on this uncomplete job so I have hired another contractor surely it cost me more since they have to undo what he did in order to fix things right.
