Ripoff Liars, Con people into buying houses, unfair trade

My husband and I bought a house from Frank Hansen, a Century 21 American Heritage agent, and he lied to us about a leaking roof. The roof leaked we said we wanted it fixed before we would close. Frank had his friend, "The professional roofer" go up there and pretend to fix something. We were told that the roof was fixed so we closed on the house. A week later when it rained the roof was leaking. Frank said he would have the roofer come back and fix it. He never did and a month went by of us calling and calling. Finally it rained real hard over night and our livingroom was flooded! Frank came over saw it and said I feel so bad. Well we are stuck with $6,200 in damages. Our livingroom ceiling is falling in! Century21 says they aren't responsible for any of it. They lied and told us it was fixed so we would close on the house. We hired our own contractor and he said that the roof is completely falling apart and needs replaced. This same roofer that Frank hired also tld us that there was a good 5-10 years left to the roof. I guess not we didnt even get a week out of it.
