Poor workmanship

We Hired this Company in April of 1996 to construct a home for my wife & myself on a lot in Brigantine, NJ that we owned. This Builder cut every corner he could from the Foundation to the Roof. No #30 or #15 weight paper was used under the Stucco, NO flashing was used on the roof valleys. We have had many roof leaks in the past 2 years after the 10 yr. Warrenty expired. We recently had a major problem in the front bedroom that I use as an Office, Because no #30 or #15 paper was used we had storm water forced through the stucco wall causing $30,000.00 in Damage that the Homeowners Ins. Will Not couer because it was an over time loss. I want future Homeowners to become aware of this Contractor prior to Hiring them.
