Flooring installer acted dangerous, overbilled, job did not last

They sent a maniac to do the flooring installation. This guy made me think he was dangerous, as he was going psycho in my home. Then they overbilled me and did nothing but argue with me, from the manager to the salesmen. To top it off, he did a terrible job that did not last.
