Bogus Repair Service - Aic Conditione

The A/C Repair Service of Sears is a sham business. Sears took payment for repair protection from me for the past two years but never had any intention of fulfilling the contract. It's 1:08PM on 7/10/10; my appointment was between 10AM and 2PM.in addition, if no one shows up this will be the fourth time I did not receive service on my air conditioners. I don't think it is too much to ask for my money back on all the air conditioners for the years I paid into their fake repair service. A class action suit should be created for a theft of this magnitude.
