We attempted to contact Vision Security Inc. And found they are no longer in business. We stop our monthly payments and Castle Rock Security started to call on a daily basis for payment information, Castle Rock security fail to sent any documentation to our home advising us of such transition of new ownership. Castle Rock Security refuse to Honor the original Written contract from Vision Security Inc. And send us, to a collection agency. Anderson, Crenshaw and associates LLC.
