Faulty Shingles

IN 1998 we'd our top redone with tiles by BP Canada. The job was completed with a certified roofing company within Ct. Twelve years later we observed the tiles had started to break and peel. We talked towards the roofing company who mounted the tiles. He explained he'd noticed related grievances from two additional former clients who'd tiles on the top about so long as mine. They posted grievances and were granted prorated negotiations.

BP refused our state despite the fact that our tiles had exactly the same type of use whilst the two clients who have been granted negotiations.

We sent letters to Richard Blumenthal's workplace in Ct, and ripped BP. BP delivered a notice saying they nevertheless endured by their choice our tiles weren't faulty.

We're currently considering a completely independent roofing expert who, hopefully, will have the ability to check our tiles to provide an alternate viewpoint to that particular of BP Canada.

It'd enable us if somebody available might reveal who, in Ct, does that kind of function.
