Congoleum Duraceramic
Peeling tiles

Construction & Repair

Twelve months before I'd Congoleum Duraceramic professionally-installed in my own home. After 9 weeks, 5 tiles had places where the thin veneer had peeled. The Specialist graciously agreed to substitute the tiles with additional tiles I'd stored. It was an error whilst the tiles must have been protected under warranty. 8 weeks later, 3 more tiles had simple areas where the veneer had peeled. Our specialist this time around documented the harm to Congoleum. The Congoleum consultant arrived, analyzed the ground and got images. After about 3 months I had been informed that Congoleum figured the harm was brought on by falling items about the hardwood. This really is totally arbitrary and Congoleum provided no proof for this summary. I oppose this summary. I'm a senior living alone and never directed at suits of clumsiness, actually the only real droppings I remember was a supplement tablet. This can be a low-traffic home. The sum total quantity of tiles broken is 25% of the tiles noticeable (not included in devices). Possibly I've a poor manufacturing ton or the product is seriously problematic. On the basis of the present price of disappointment, all tiles will likely be broken.
