Peeling tiles

Twelve months before I'd Congoleum Duraceramic professionally-installed in my own home. After 9 weeks, 5 tiles had places where the thin veneer had peeled. Our specialist this time around documented the harm to Congoleum. The Congoleum consultant arrived, analyzed the ground and got images. After about 3 months I had been informed that Congoleum figured the harm was brought on by falling items about the hardwood. This really is totally arbitrary and Congoleum provided no proof for this summary. I oppose this summary. I'm a senior living alone and never directed at suits of clumsiness, actually the only real droppings I remember was a supplement tablet. This can be a low-traffic home.
