CTM Tiles at Cannon Mountain offered me 90 square yards of "pottery" tiles which have been driven on with permanent sign about the attributes. I paid-for 1st quality tiles and was offered 2nd quality - in addition to the pencil you will find noticeable pockets, scars and flaws of all tiles.

Your tilers set all of the tiles convinced that I'd purchased 2nds. I arrived home to determine noticeable permanent gun actually above the grout and about the covers of tiles. The tilers also explained they severely doubt that CTM are available real porcelain tiles.

I approached CTM and requested them in the future to observe. The store-manager and functions supervisor arrived around and may observe in the 9 unopened containers staying that their tiles had pencil about the attributes and covers but that since out tiler had set them-it was not their issue.

They laughed after I requested for my money-back, explained that it's as much as my tiler to QA their tiles and they just get them from the producer therefore it isnot their problem. I actually attempted to advance it for their doctor who explained about the telephone that it had been "extremely improbable" that there is an excellent problem - my damaged home claims otherwise

CTM have totally cleaned their fingers of the since my tilers set the tiles, despite the fact that the tiles obviously are not what I had been offered. Zero customer support and zero capability to observe that my grievances are likely to charge them much more company compared to $2600 they must have returned.
