Notice my furnace changeout criticism below:

I employed R.A.D. Cooling and Heating to get a furnace changeout, summertime 2009. (BIG MISTAKE!)

Anything appeared okay following the installment, finished July 20th, work finished after 6 days actually they stated it's likely to get 2 times. Therefore we were without heated water for 6 days. Anyway that's another account.

The problem came whenever we began to warm our home, that was around Sept 22nd.

On that evening I came across water on cellar. I came across the stress to large for furnace, around 40 psi and since that time I'm backwards and forwards with RADICAL to repair this problem. Right now the problem is not mounted, RAD sent a technology just twice since June 22 and nothing happened.

October 16th I attempted to get hold of Anthony Pelliccio and John Tripodi by telephone and neither one-get back again to me since that time, significantly more than that they're merely dismiss me by delivering their technology with no appointment, each time they like, without contacting me or contact me...

I'd issues in obtaining my problem set by RAD, significantly more than that I will no further depend on these men.

According to our agreement I've 24 months component and labor guarantee, however, you can't rely on the corporation when I have difficulties on getting them back again to resolve this problems.

The corporation is just a fraud, they don't possess the understanding on the best way to use a furnace, BUDERUS in my own case. They confirmed an absence a understanding in anything they've completed within my boiler changeout process. More than they lied in my experience and my spouse.

They lied to me once they stated they'll appear plus they didn't on many event.

They lied to me once they stated they'll use a 60 gallon indirect heat water container plus they mounted a 42 gallon water container and so forth...

The corporation is just a FRAUD, be familiar with that.
