I'm an insurance broker. A/title removed / fileda top state for her on her home without her ok or calling me, the broker.informed her there was damage from hail and composed a date of june 6 and filed a state. The only real a couple that will have filed a state is the insured or me by this woman calling me. This lady is 80 yrs old and she didn't understand the whole picture of what this randy was doing. She said he was high-pressured and told her he would handle anything. I've contacted my company to get this state removed of her report. I'll send an insurer to check out her top and see when there is any hail damage. To prey on seniors and deceive them in regards to what they're doing as attempting to help them and also have no authority or okay from one to file a state is tome very unprofessional.
