Ryans heating and cooling Scam, doesnt honor warrenty, bad installation, poor customer service. Not an autherized Luxaire dealer

My furnace began acting up one year after i purchased and had it installed from Ryans heating and cooling. I called the company to come out to service it under the warrenty but he never showed. I called anouther furnace company to come out because my house was freezing. Once the other company came out, they explained to me that i had been ripped off and my furnace was faulty do to a bad installation and they could not fix it.
