Warrenty department warrenty department is ignoring me. Work needs to be done and other work not finished

Warrenty department had sent out painters to fix drywall and they never finished the job. Its been over 2 1/2 months since the original work was done. They have not address other issues in the home. I cannot get them to respond to me and tell me when they will have painters our to finish the work and have someone address the concrete issues.

No one in this company seems to care that things need to be repaired due to shooty workmanship from Legacy. I just want my issues address in a timely maner as this has been going on since July '09
