Does not get good contactors, extra fee for coming on the weekends

Land of America which is located in Burbank, Calif. Does not get qualify contactors. First call in: Heater stopped working. Couldn't get a company to come out on weekends extra cost for me if I wanted to pay. Had to take time work off for a contractor come out. Didn't fix it correctly and stopped working again, after 30 days called in and said I would have to pay again for service fee. The companies they used was very rude to me Same thing with shower faucet which needed a 50 cent washer, had to be replace many russiain armenians in this field. He used a old washer they came out of his tool box. I told him this and Land of American. Same faucet started to leak again. Pay another 55.00 dollars for a 50 cent washer.

Please look very carefully on the internet for any complaints on these companies before you buy.
