No complaint/praise to employee

This isn't a criticism... I simply need one to realize that Rick @ shop 2265 was really accomodating to the requirements. We were within the shop 2 times before and also the customer servive was not excellent. Two nights later we went in and Rickis customer support was outstanding. We believe he ought to be recorgnized by his Manager. He strolled that extra distance. We can not appreciate him enough.
