Lousy customer service

I had been inside your shop on 09/01 and endured in an extended range with just one cashier accessible. That’s just plain stupid. Our criticism is the fact that whenever a cashier arrived she got the final 4 people in-line who simply walk-up. She didn't request the following person in-line which may have already been me. And so I waited and all individuals got aided and from the shop. I reported towards the supervisor and he'd this unaware search on his encounter and stated he'd consider it and strolled towards the rear. He didn't keep in touch with the cashier and I’m furious. What're YOU likely to do about this???
