I had wrote an e-mail several weeks ago but did not receive a response back from Walgreens regarding an excellent employee who waited on me several time with a positive attitude and excellent communication skills. Ms. Akyra, has been an outstanding employee, she knows the right words to say and how to assist a customer who needs a manager and not a sales person. She has come to my aide several times. I wrote an e-mail a few weeks ago to you about Ms. Akyra but did not hear back from you. Please let her know that a customer feels she is doing an excellent job and keep up the good work.
