Employee completely ignores me

I visited acquire some pictures published in the cvs Kodak picture kiosk and that I imagine there is something amiss using their printer. I requested this worker called Mario to assist and he explained "oh, I'd like to assist this individual and that I'll assist you to next." I waited from the device and he calls the following person in-line and also the next 2 people in-line (by-line I am talking about there is a-line towards the genereal shop and also the picture technology was assisting them ring up clients from his finish). I had been like "okay, may I acquire some aid today" It'd been like 20 units and also the man simply kept calling others. I got angry and informed him "hi am I likely to get any support using the pictures?" and he moves " oh, yes well that crazy woman around there's gonna come assist you in one minute." I had been so pissed I strolled from the shop and in to the regional Albertsonis, which easily may include was excellent, fast and simple. "Excellent customer support" with one of these CVS team. And of course the area supervisor John somrthing was within the shop when this occurred.
