Abusive worke

I actually donot often send warnings about poor support, but after today (4/4/08), I feel compelled to let folks know about a flooring company contacted to get a quote to refinish my floors: DC Floors, Inc., T: 202-291-1677.

A staff established to provide me a but came 40 minutes early at 7:20am in the place of 8:00am. I expected him to hold back five units because I only got from the bath and was not fitted, but he declined to hold back stating "I am not waiting, notice you later" to which I responded "that is clearly a good method to operate a company." At that time he turned REALLY belligerent/violent and began throwing my doorway and shouting within the hall for me to obtain up earlier and usually throwing abuse at me/my doorway (thank heavens I never exposed it) – and I'd to inform him to depart or I Would call law enforcement.

While I got towards the workplace that AM, I named DC Surfaces and requested for Ed (I Have talked to him before and I believe he is possibly the dog owner or perhaps a supervisor). I told him concerning the event today and he originally apologized.

Nevertheless; then he proceeded to CHIDE me for not atleast allowing him are available in and provide me a quotation although he came 40 minutes early and that I was not fitted to allow in guests! I told Edward he was uncommon which Iam the customer, and his people must appear promptly not 40 minutes early, WOn't delay, after which have an attitude... I was SOOO ashamed that my neighbors noticed this disruption, and I told Edward that I'd never utilize his organization or suggest it to others. And his reaction: “if that is the way you experience it, you may aswell deliver fliers down and up the road."

Well…I’m somewhat getting his guidance, and obtaining the term out that his organization is unprofessional. If I’m handled poorly BEFORE they've my company, how may they handle me afterwards? Anyhow, cheers for studying my observation... The corporation HURTS!!! Happy they handled me poorly today, before I offered them my company!!
