Bad Customer Service - laminate flooring

I had a couch cover damage while Empire Today was doing my floors. Customer Service told me that the crew who did my floors is denying doing any damage and they are very honest. I am honest too, and I certainly didn't pay all that money getting my floors done just to get my couch cover replaced. I am so dissappointed with the treatment I am recieving. I have 4 more floors to be done, and I will have nothing further to do with Empire today. The lady I am dealing with doesn't even return my phone calls.
