Laminate Floors

I am extremely happy with my floors, they came out great. However, customer service is a completely different story. While doing my floors, one of my couch covers got ripped at each leg of the couch. I filed a complaint and was told the the person who did my floors is a very honest person and he is denying doing any damage. Needless to say, Empire is standing by their "honest" employee and not refunding me $149 for my couch cover. I did not pay all that money to get my floors done simply to have a couch cover replaced. Their crew did the damage and they should be responsible. I have 4 more floors to be done in my condo and I want nothing further to do with Epire Today.
