We used this company to help with foundation drainage and moisture control due to moisture problems. They are unbelievable pushy and expensive. They pushed a product called "Clean Space" on us - a vapor barrier, crawlspace encapsulation plastic liner. $8,000 dollars later our foundation concrete is deteriorating and chipping off because the plastic liner just prevents the moisture from evaporating - water has to go somewhere!

When alerted to the problem, they sent a tech - he couldn't believe how bad the damage was and agreed that it was due to thier liner holding moisture down where it wicks through the foundation concrete and damages it. Then after weeks of no response they send an email reply that in their 'evaluation' everything is working fine and there's nothing to worry about. Hen no reply at all to my emails and calls. We should sue them and may after a structural engineer finishes his evaluation. TERRIBLE PEOPLE! Terrible company! Contractors with genuine integrity are very hard to find. This company is NOT that contractor.
